Alliance — Website Redesign

A UX/UI redesign focused on transforming a complex industrial website into a clearer, more modern, and user-friendly digital experience.

Alliance was my first client project at Ernst & Young (EY), where I worked on redesigning an existing industrial automation website from the ground up. The goal was to improve how users navigate, understand, and interact with the website while creating a more consistent and contemporary visual language.

I began by conducting a UX audit of the existing experience, identifying issues across visual hierarchy, navigation, content organization, page structure, user flows, consistency, and responsive behavior. Based on these findings, I restructured the information architecture and translated the new structure into wireframes before moving into the visual design phase.

The redesigned experience introduced a stronger visual hierarchy, clearer navigation, consistent UI components, stronger calls-to-action, and responsive layouts optimized across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
